This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for managing your subscriptions and potential refunds for Services provided by Prgya. By subscribing to or using our Services, you agree to comply with the terms set forth herein.
1. Subscription and Payments
Certain components of Prgya's Services are offered on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). Billing cycles are established on either a monthly or annual basis, as selected by you at the time of purchase (refer to Section 4 of our Terms of Service).
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Subscription to Prgya's Services at any time by using the subscription settings in your account or contacting us at hello@prgya.com
Effective Date of Cancellation: You will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.
No Partial Refunds: We do not offer refunds for unused time in a billing cycle.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
3. Refund Policy
All payments for Subscription Services are non-refundable. However, exceptions may be considered in the following cases:
Technical issues caused by Prgya that prevent access to the Services for an extended period.
Duplicate charges due to a system error.
To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, email us at hello@prgya.com within 7-10 working days of the payment date and include relevant details.
Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the credited amount may take an additional 2–3 business days to reflect in your bank account depending on your payment provider.
Refunds will not be provided for accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations.
4. Modifications and Termination by Prgya
As described in our Terms of Service, we may modify, suspend, or discontinue our Services at any time. If such a change affects your active paid subscription, we may issue a pro-rated refund or credit at our sole discretion.
